Prof. Fengqiu Wang, Nanjing University, China

王枫秋 教授,南京大学

Experience: Fengqiu Wang obtained his PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cambridge. Prior to that, he obtained a B.S. in electronics from Peking University, China. He is currently professor at the School of Electronic Science and Engineering, Nanjing University, and is a senior member of OSA. The group is currently focused on two areas of research: (1) Ultrafast lasers and laser physics; (2) investigating optical properties of emerging materials for disruptive photonic devices.

Prof. Wang has published over 140 peer-reviewed papers, including 1 Nature Nanotechnology, 2 Nature Communications. His papers have drawn a total citation of over 9500 times. He is the principal investigator of 2 NSFC projects and co-investigator of 3 Key Basic Research Program of China, 1 National Key Scientific Instrument Development Project, as well as one ARC Discovery project (Australia). He serves as technical committee member for top-tier international conferences on lasers and electro-optics, including CLEO, CLEO-Pacific Rim, and ACP.

Prof. Yuda Zhao, Zhejiang University, China

赵昱达 教授/研究员,浙江大学

Experience: Dr. Zhao Yuda is ZJU100 Young Professor and doctoral supervisor. In 2012, he received a bachelor's degree from the School of Physics, Nanjing University. In 2016, he received his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Applied Physics, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and was shortlisted for the 2017 Hong Kong Young Scientist Award. Since 2016, he has engaged in post-doctoral research at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the University of Strasbourg (France). In 2018, he was awarded the individual fellowship under the EU Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions. After he joined Zhejiang University, he has been selected for national and provincial talent projects. He is the principal investigator of several NSFC research projects. He has published more than 40 papers, among which over 20 papers have been published in Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, ACS Nano, and other journals as the first/corresponding author, and 3 papers are ESI highly cited papers. The research is highlighted by Nature Nanotechnology, Science China, and some press release websites. His main research area includes high-performance logic devices and More than-Moore devices based on low-dimensional materials.

Prof. Junjie Qi, University of Science and Technology Beijing, China

齐俊杰 教授,北京科技大学

Experience: Junjie Qi is the full Professor of University of Science & Technology Beijing, China. She received her Ph.D. degree from Department of Materials Science at University of Science & Technology Beijing in 2002. From Jan. 2003 to Dec. 2004, she had been with the Tsinghua University, where she was a Post-Doctoral researcher. She joined the Device Research Laboratory in Electrical Engineering Department at University of California, Los Angeles as a visiting scholar through Dec. 2013 to Dec. 2014. She is the author of more than 150 publications including “Nature Communications”, “Advanced Materials”. Her current research interests include semiconductor nanomaterials, electronic and opto-electronic properties and devices of low-dimensional materials.
